Remote Services Support

Need us to “log in” remotely to your computer to assist with software training or issue? Just follow the below steps & we’ll be ready to assist:

Download “TeamViewer” from any web browser

  • Close any open applications on the computer you will be working with us from.
  • Open a web browser such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.
  • Go to Teamviewer.com or copy and paste this link in your browser:
  • https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/teamviewer-automatic-download/
  • On the left side of the window, click on direct download.
  • Once downloaded run the application. After installation has completed open TeamViewer App.
  • When you need remote service, open TeamViewer while we are on the phone together,
  • Let us know the following two items: YOUR ID: and then YOUR PASSWORD
  • This will allow us to log in remotely to your computer to assist you.
  • After we are finished, simply close your program. No worry, we can’t log back in without your assistance.

    • Our Remote Service Rates is $65.00 per half hour or less if the call is billable in nature. Be sure to discuss with the service technician or trainer prior to starting your session if the service is billable.
