Placing an order:
Orders can be placed over the phone, by e-mail, or by our website store. Reach us by phone from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday except on major holidays.

Shipping Policy and Costs:
We ship products from one of 5 warehouse locations within the U.S. Our primary distribution point is Fountain Valley, CA. All orders placed by 2:30pm PST will ship out the same day via UPS ground. Special Order products ordered before 11:00am PST will ship the same day and those orders placed after 11:00am will ship the following business day directly from the manufacturer via ground shipment, unless otherwise informed. All orders will be shipped based on the customers instructions. We also welcome will-call or walk-in orders.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $500.00 in value and under 20 lbs in shipping weight within the state of California. For larger items we offer FREE Local Delivery covering South Los Angeles and Orange County.
Our policies are as follows:
• All orders over $500.00 and under 20 lbs. ship free freight within the state of California.
• Larger shipments ship motor freight-charges apply.
• Orders placed by 2:30pm PST on in stock items will ship same day via UPS Ground Service.
• Rolled material wider than 48", special order items, and rigid UV print media items may carry additional shipping charges.
• All Motor Freight Shipments will incur a minimum charge of $125.00.
• Free Local Delivery on orders over $500.00

Pricing Policy:
We offer a tiered pricing structure for those looking to save money by purchasing in bulk on select items. Our volume roll pricing is based on same product / same size purchases on these select items. Buy product by the pallet and enjoy maximum savings! We are confident that our single roll pricing is extremely competitive within the industry! ALL PRICING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.
Returns:
•Prepress Supply, Inc. offers returns / exchanges on regular stock items, within 30 days from date of purchase if un-opened, and not having altered packaging labels.
•All returns / exchanges must have a return authorization number assigned prior to product return.
•Restocking fees and other fees may apply.
•Cost of return shipping is customer responsibility unless otherwise noted.
•Special order, custom, and non-stock items are not eligible for return.
Payment Terms:
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Billing Terms: Net 10 or Net 30 days on supply purchases with approved credit. Ask your sales representative for a credit application or contact customer service for further details.
We do not offer terms on any hardware or software purchases. Also all service calls are credit card payment in advance.
Credit Card Chargebacks:
Any chargeback filed will result with the credit of the account being halted until the chargeback is cleared. Customers should contact our Accounting Department before filing any chargebacks. The account will be responsible for any fees incurred if the chargeback is found in favor of Prepress Supply, Inc. Furthermore, that account will become advance payment only. Please contact our Accounting Department with any questions.
NSF Checks:
There is a $35.00 fee for Non-sufficient fund (NSF) checks.
Sales & Usage Tax:
Tax exempt customers will need to e-mail (Orders@PrepressSupply.com), fax (714)557-4560 a copy of their current state resellers permit along with a complete California General Reseller’s Certificate, prior to product purchase.
Sales tax certificates must be on file BEFORE any order qualifying for tax exemption is received. Prepress Supply, Inc. will not credit back payment of tax received on any order claiming tax exemption after the fact. Please take this up with your accountant.
Right to Refuse Service:
Prepress Supply, Inc. maintains the right to refuse sales or services to any customer or potential customer for any reason.
Guarantees & Warranties:
Prepress Supply, Inc. 100% guarantees that all products are shipped free of defect in workmanship and are covered under the manufactures offered limited warranty on said product. Prepress Supply, Inc. offers no expressed warranties beyond the stated warranties of the product manufacturer. Under no circumstances shall Prepress Supply, Inc. be held liable for any lost labor or damage cost incurred from any defective products sold by Prepress Supply, Inc. and warranted by the product manufacturer.
