Vortex-SV-HRF190 is a 6.0mil holographic vinyl coated with a clear permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive. Uses a 90# stay-flat liner. The liner provides dimensional stability for smooth digital printing. This material accepts solvent, latex, resin and UV curable inks common to wide format printers such as EPSON SureColor, HP Latex, Mimaki CJV, JV, UJV and other printers.
SV-HRF190 can be Wet or Dry Applied. It is ideal for flatbed or contour cutting machinery and can be applied to OEM painted metal, glass, polyester, and acrylic.
This holographic film is intended for:
General Signage, POP/ Retail, Window Graphics. Application is for Indoor and Short term outdoor graphic. (up to 1 year.)
NOTE Re: “Shim Line”: To create the holographic look, the film goes through an embossing process. During the process, one or more “metal shims” are mounted around the circumference of the embossing cylinder, leaving a visible line in the material surface. This barely noticeable line is repeated every 12 inches running “cross-web” or across the width of the roll.
